It may be a two carafe morning.  *goes to make more coffee* Can't think.  

I generally don't do the Christmas thing.  It being a religious holiday, however made-up/mushed together it may be, and myself being aethiest.  Plus, it's a pain in the ass.  But you know, I take the kids to shop for their granddad, uncle, and our neighbour, who is the dearest, most awesome neighbour ever. 
Said neighbour bought me a pressie this year (and gave it to me today) because it is my last one here.  I'll be heading back to England for good, in about four months, if things stay on schedule.  Is there a better gift than a three pound bag of espresso beans, and biscotti?  No, no there is not. 
I think I will, in the spirit of the holiday season, forgive her this once for going against my personal beliefs.  ;) 

What is your favorite scent?

Old books.  Used bookstores.  There is something appealing about it.  It's so very comforting to me.  I suppose it comes from having grown up around books. 

Also, coffee.  And my kids, right out of the bath.

Am at work.  Drinking coffee, waiting for lunchtime.  Listening to the Men With Brooms Soundtrack, Throwing Glass by Tragically Hip.
